Up, up, and away

Just wanted to send a shout out for prayers and, if possible, a ride:) Just kididng. Dana and I will be attempting our first and, hopefully, only triathalon ever this saturday in scofield utah. It's a little higher elevation than I'm used to (try 3,000 feet higher) so I'm looking for sympathy, well wishes, and if you're in the area and see my decaying body at the 10th mile, please stop and give me a lift back to the finish line. Anyway, hope all is well for you all and wish us luck!
